terrible customer service. when you email them to cancel an order (without even receiving invoice or confirmation #) you are met with pure attitude, pettiness and unprofessionalism. someone needs to take away emailing rights to Paul, until he can learn how to interact appropriately with customers.

My air plants arrived in such good condition and the quality is outstanding. I have ordered air plants from other places in the past but was always disappointed in the quality and overall wellness of them. Customer service was excellent. Don't let all the fake reviews stop you from ordering. I will definitely order again.

I just saw all the fake reviews (all dated the same day at 8 months ago which is a tell tale). Extremely unfortunate because these guys are really great! Paul and Wesley have helped me find what I needed their warehouse is massive. I found a huge assortment of shells, tillandsia plants, plant pots ( I am IN LOVE with their glass terrariums), baskets, etc everything I needed for my company at a lower price than most of their competitors. Ignore the 1 star reviews (it looks like the same person only due to them all being posted the same day). This family works really hard and I learned recently they have passed this family company from grandpa down to grandson which is so special!

Amazingly priced and shipping is fast! The website is so easy to use and very clear. When i got my supplies to make gift baskets and air plants and jewelry it was all nicely packed and high quality products! Would highly recommend!

Great customer service!! #1 for airplant quality in Canada! Best airplants and selections. They also sell crystals and lots of other stuff. My favorite are the airplants!!! I will always order from here since they are my favorite airplant suppliers!!

Impressive selection of gems, crystals and geodes! Also love the sweet grass and various smudge sticks. Everything from plain white or blue sage, to blends with eucalyptus, purple lavender or other vibrantly coloured flowers. Great source for beautiful healing items.

Paul cold called on my business a few years back we started to do business and since then everything has been tip top - our expectations have been met on each and every order and thats all we can ask.

Was very happy at first, but now very dissappointed. I ordered some air plants that arrived rotted out, so they responded by charging me double for the replacements, that also arrived dead. They won't answer any of my emails. The plants that did survive are heavily infested and dying one by one. Huge waste of money, will not be ordering again.
